Amazing first listen, yet too late at night! A second listen with coffee, on its way. Wow....such great research and findings...i am sure i speak on behalf of many, we can not thank you enough sir, for your passion and to help make our lives better and those we love...out of your own family tragedy, the power of the words on these pages....

You truly are an explorer...and a caring one at that.

Ain’t that the truth!

Who knew?

Lightbulb moment! I wonder if many think once they’ve reached a certain point, brain full - all done! 🧐😳

Fascinating series as you dive into and unravel this oh so important topic - looking forward to the next up! Thank you Dr Phillips.

I’ve just begun seeing a new concierge MD PCP who employs the Bale Doneen method for cardiac wellness .

The labs show inflammation in the blood vessels . High VEGF , low white count.

I am highly suspect the cause is one of my lovely tick friends , Babesia, Bartonella henslae , borrelia burgdorferi , mycoplasma pneumoniae ( which I have been managing using Buhner /Rawls protocol since 2017 ) from tick bite in 2013 which I was told by dr in urgent care was not attached long enough to transmit anything . 🤦🏼‍♀️ in 2014 , a Rheumatologist diagnosed me with undifferentiated autoimmune connective tissue disease leaning toward lupus . Plaquinel was prescribed . Then LDN . I refused dmard / biologic. Many Lyme tests were all neg.

A visit to an ND who ran full tick panel revealed the tick diseases. I’ve been on and off herbs and antibiotics for years and never seem to reach full recovery .

I’m half way through your book Chronic . Thank goodness you found the fortitude get to the bottom of your illness .

I apologize for the ramble and getting a bit off track .

I am self treating buying antibiotics from Canada because I’m sick and tired of not reaching full recovery .

Any recommendations for LLMD in West Hartford CT area?

Thanks Dr. Phillips

Thanks for another Informative article. So sorry that you lost your brother suddenly.

I wanted to forward an article to you and didn’t know the best place to do so so I’ll do it here. This is what appears to be going on with me. The maddening part is that I have both a rheumatologist and Neurologist and I’ve been asking them for months what is going on since this is not Parkinson’s you keep telling me .

It took a visit to urgent care and ER this week to hopefully identify it and next step treat it ASAP with steroids to halt the progression and hopefully it’s still reversible.

Appreciate any insight you have. ( no medical advice of course 😀)

Thank you for your article. I am going to pick up Natto today. I have been using Miso for the last couple of weeks.

I have been studying the book by Malcolm Kendrick “The Heart Thickens.” How does the material in this substack relate to his position?

He focuses on the endothelium, the single cell layer in vessels. And the key role of the glycocalyx, “the thing that makes many fish slippery .. It is a layer of proteins and sugars (glycoproteins) .. It is the super Teflon of the natural world”

Chapter 12 is titled “Positive things you can do to keep your endothelium healthy” and they are:

1. Protect and sustain the glycocalyx

2. Increase nitric oxide synthesis

Can Natto reduce chances of TIA?

My hunch it would because it helps the vessels.

Does it break up clots?

Can’t wait for the rest of the articles! I’m dealing with CVD risk factors increasing and I too think there’s a link to my vector borne illnesses. Will soon be getting treatment at your clinic that I’m hoping will arrest the other disease processes as well. I’m already doing all I can with the lifestyle management but still coming up short.
